python-paramiko software package provides Make ssh v2 connections with Python (Python 2), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-paramiko
python-paramiko is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-paramiko package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-paramiko *
You will get with python-paramiko package name, version, architecture and description in a table
